Proposal for two unitary authorities
South Lakeland District Council and Barrow Borough Council are proposing two unitary authorities splitting into 'The Bay' (South Lakes, Barrow and Lancaster City Council) and also Cumbria North (Copeland, Allerdale, Carlisle and Eden).
