Planning Authority
4/22/2483/0E1 Lower Barn, Mill Farm, From Thwaites to Green Road, The Green
Certificate of Lawfulness to confirm that a material start has been carried out & works
have commenced prior to 3 Year Date following Planning Approval 4/07/2665/0
(convert existing barn into a Residential Dwelling)
4/22/2482/0E1 Upper Barn, Mill Farm, Thwaites to Green Road, The Green
Certificate of Lawfulness to confirm that a Material start has been carried out & works
have commenced prior to 3 Year date following planning approval 4/07/2141/0 (Barn

Both applications were considered by the Council. It was noted that there was no
evidence/information as that what work has been undertaken previously and what the
original applications applied to.
