Agenda item 11.1(b) – Permissive footpath from Rising Hill to The Green– consider
estimates and appoint a contractor. The Chair proposed that this item be discussed
at the end of the meeting, should any member of the public attend within the meeting.

B.Cllr McGrath, who is standing down as Borough Councillor on 1 April 2023 was
thanked by the Chair for attending meetings and assisting the Council.

Reconfiguration of existing dwelling/cottage including new windows and external
doors to the Eastern & Southern Elevations. New entrance porch & upper ground
