1.         ELECTION OF CLERK– to elect Clerk for the forthcoming year

2.         MINUTES – to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 17th May 2022

3.         CHAIRMAN’S REPORT – the chairman will give a report on the previous years activities

4.         ACCOUNTS – the Clerk will give an account of Council’s finances for the previous year

5.         OPEN DISCUSSION – time will be given to have an open discussion if required and to answer any questions concerning Council business from parishioners present.
