MINUTES OF EXTRA–ORDINARY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON

TUESDAY 3 JANUARY 2017, AT THWAITES VILLAGE HALL

125/16 To approve the Parish Council’s response to the NWCC consultation documents

The draft document which had been previously circulated to all councillors for comments was considered and pending the minor amendments required to punctuation, spelling and syntax and the addition of 9. Conclusion the council voted to accept the document. The amended document will be formally submitted to National Grid prior to the deadline of 6 January 2017 as Millom without Parish Councils response to National Grid NWCC consultation
