There is a big push to connect difficult locations with broadband and mobile services. We have advertised a number of schemes in the past such as Gigabit Vouchers. Over the next couple of years there will be even more opportunities to get improved connections. Now is the time to search out what is available and the survey is a step towards finding out more.
The survey takes about ten minutes and askes for your experiences as a digital user. At the end there is a short assessment of your service based upon the responses you give PLUS links to services which may help improve your digital connectivity.
The survey is part of a Government evidence gathering programme to help develop digital services for difficult locations.
